So, you want to start a pull list with us: yay! Subscribing to comics helps YOU out — it makes sure you get all the comics you want every week, kept nice & safe under your name — and it helps us out too, so we know to order more of a certain title if people are really excited about it.

Here’s what you need to know about setting up a pull list/subscription service at Fantastic Comics.

1. We ask that you come in at least once every thirty days to pick up your comics. If you have a special circumstance that does not allow you to come in this often, please let us know! We are happy to take credit card payments over the phone if you can’t come in in person, and can also keep credit card information on file for you and manually charge you every month for whatever you have in your box — whatever you’re most comfortable with.

**If you’re going on a trip and won’t be in for more than a month, please let us know so we don’t put your comics away!**

2. If we don’t see you for thirty days, we’ll send out an e-mail basically just checking in with you and making sure you’re still in the area and interested in picking up your comics. If we don’t hear back after a week, we’ll send out another e-mail as a follow-up. If you do not respond to the second contact within a week, your pulls are liable to be cancelled and re-shelved without further notice. That’s two weeks, after the initial month. So you can rest assured: we’ll never put anything away without giving you plenty of notice and chances to come in!

3. We do not notify pull list customers when they have new comics on hold! So, in setting up a subscription, you are agreeing to check in (in person or via phone or e-mail) at least once a month to see if you have new books on hold, or will soon.

4. If you default on your pulls and we have to cancel them and put them all back, we’ll require credit card information to keep on file before we start up a new subscription for you. Please keep this in mind! This can all be avoided by canceling your subscriptions box in advance if you know you will be moving or, heck, just don’t want to have one anymore.
